With over 15 years experience in the fitness industry, managing leisure centres and being hired as Strength and Conditioning Coach for a variety of sporting teams I have seen the industry evolve at a rapid pace. Yet many of the general populations struggles from 15 years ago remain the same today even with the advances in technology, fantastic fitness facilities and knowledge within the fitness industry. I have also trained and competed full time as a professional athlete while juggling running a business and looking after a young family. This real life experience and seeing first-hand the need for help many still seek has inspired the writing of this guide. I think science but speak client in the guide and give actionable tips and tools to help people become fitter, healthier versions of themselves.
