LIFT
LIFT is Urban Gym’s signature Small Group Personal Training programme — expertly designed to help you get stronger, fitter, and more confident in a fun, functional, and friendly environment.
Led by experienced coaches at a 1:9 coach-to-member ratio, every session is built to meet you where you’re at, no matter your current fitness level. Our focus is on progress, not punishment — we’re here to build you up, not break you down.
With structured training across strength, conditioning, and muscle-building (hypertrophy), you’ll see real results while training alongside others on the same journey.
SWEAT
SWEAT is our high-energy conditioning class, programmed to boost your aerobic capacity and build a strong, resilient engine. Every session is delivered in a fun, functional, and friendly environment where the music’s loud, the energy is high, and the workouts are always varied.
Expect a mix of individual, partner, and team-based workouts designed to challenge your cardio, improve endurance, and keep things exciting — no two classes are ever the same.
