SWEAT

High Intensity Interval Training is a fun and fast paced workout that is guaranteed to get the heart racing and the muscles pumping. No matter if your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or athletic performance, high-intensity interval training can help you nail it. A really fun and diverse class mixing workouts up with a variety of equipment such as prowlers, battleropes, wall balls, box jumps to name but a few while also utilising your own body weight.


LIFT

Strength & Conditioning is about maximum return for your input in a short period of time, with a structured approach to training. At Urban Gym we focus on compound lifts in this class and cap our classes at 16 people max. This enables our members to get the proper coaching in a spacious environment from professional athlete and trainer Andy. We finish the class with a HIIT type finisher in order to get that conditioning in also. Booking is ESSENTIAL for this class.


SATURDAY SWEAT

Saturday mornings just got a whole lot better! Similar to our SWEAT class, this High Intensity Interval Training is a fun and fast paced workout that is guaranteed to get the heart racing and the muscles pumping. The perfect full body bootcamp workout to kick off UR weekend.
